First and foremost passionate about music and shoes, L’Autruche Nantaise, “frivolous blogger since 2010”, was born with a petit beurre in her mouth in the 80s.

A communication multitasker, she is a freelance community manager and web writer.

And because Nantes is her city of heart and body, she wants to show that there is more than just Les Canaris, the Machines of the Isle Elephant, and Le Lieu Unique in the city that was the Green Capital of Europe in 2013.

To overlook the city from the 32nd floor of the Tour Bretagne.

All while sipping a cocktail at the bar “Le Nid” designed by artist Jean Julien as part of the Voyage à Nantes in 2012.

To stroll in front of the shop windows

And especially in front of all those hidden in the prettiest passages of the city: Passage Pommeraye, Passage d’Orléans, Passage Bouchaud, etc.

To go jogging along the Erdre

And enjoy the lovely greenery surrounding this tributary of the Loire by passing through the Île de Versailles and its Japanese garden.

To go to the Katorza

The art-house cinema of Nantes and admire its beautifully tagged walls.

To go to the market

At Talensac every morning (except Monday), and wander through the aisles of the market halls in search of good local products. Then stop to drink a glass of muscadet while enjoying oysters from the region.
